What you receive
Each product page describes its purpose and workbook areas. Current products are delivered as a ZIP package containing an editable XLSX workbook, product guide, license, notices and checksum information.
Delivery timing
Once purchasing is activated and payment is confirmed, the approved checkout and delivery services will provide secure download access. Delivery instructions will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout. Payment confirmation alone is not treated as successful delivery; the download must also be available.
Access problems
If the delivery message does not arrive, check the order email and spam folder, then contact support@temzly.xyz. Include the order email and product name, but never send payment-card details or passwords.
Compatibility
The primary file format is XLSX. Customers should use a current spreadsheet application capable of opening XLSX files. Minor visual or formula differences may occur between applications; product content and structure remain accessible.
Updates and backups
Keep a lawful personal backup after download. A later product update does not automatically promise lifetime access or free major-version upgrades unless the product page expressly states that benefit.
