Information we use
The current site stores cart contents in your browser so the cart can persist between pages. Temzly does not receive that cart information unless you later submit an order through an activated checkout. If you email support, we receive the address, message and information you choose to provide.
When purchasing is activated, checkout information may include your name, email address, billing country, order details and payment status. Complete payment-card information is handled by the checkout provider and is not stored by Temzly.
Why we use information
- To respond to questions and provide product or delivery support.
- To process, fulfil and document orders once purchasing is active.
- To prevent misuse, resolve disputes and maintain store security.
- To meet accounting, tax and other applicable obligations.
Service providers
Temzly may use hosting, email, secure file-delivery and payment providers only for the services they perform. If Dodo Payments is activated as merchant of record, it will independently process buyer information for checkout, payment, tax, fraud prevention, refunds and disputes under its own privacy terms.
Retention and choices
Support messages are retained only as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain appropriate records. Order information may be retained for support, accounting, dispute and legal requirements. You may clear the local cart at any time by removing its items or clearing site data in your browser.
Your requests
Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact support@temzly.xyz. Temzly may need to verify the request and may retain information where required for legitimate records or legal obligations.
Updates
Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Temzly does not sell personal information and does not use sensitive customer information for advertising.
