Products and orders
Temzly products are downloadable digital files, not physical goods, custom consulting or subscriptions unless a product page expressly says otherwise. Product pages state the title, price, purpose and included workbook areas. An item in a cart is not an accepted order. An order is accepted only after payment confirmation through an active checkout.
Product license
Unless a product states different terms, a purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to edit and use the template for their own personal work and commercial client projects. The purchaser may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, share publicly, offer as a competing template, or remove ownership notices from the original product package.
Ownership
Temzly retains copyright and all ownership rights in the original template structure, source materials, documentation and branding. Purchasing a product grants the stated usage license; it does not transfer copyright.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for using compatible software, keeping lawful backup copies and providing accurate checkout and contact information. You may not use the site or products to infringe rights, distribute malicious material, evade security, or violate applicable law.
Availability and changes
Temzly may correct product descriptions, update files, withdraw a product or refuse an order before acceptance. If a confirmed order cannot be delivered, Temzly will provide support, a replacement where appropriate, or a refund.
Support and liability
Templates organize information but do not replace legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Temzly is not responsible for indirect losses arising from how a purchaser modifies or uses a template. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
