Are purchases active?
Not yet. The twenty product files are complete, but checkout and customer delivery remain disabled until the payment channel and full purchase-to-download flow pass acceptance.
What files are included?
Each product package includes an editable XLSX workbook, a product guide, license, notices and checksum information. The exact workbook areas are listed on its product page.
Which applications can open the files?
Use a current spreadsheet application that supports XLSX. Some visual styling or formulas may appear slightly different between applications.
How can I ask a question?
Email support@temzly.xyz. Never send passwords or payment-card details by email.
Can I use a template for client work?
Yes. The standard license permits personal work and commercial client projects. It does not permit resale, redistribution, sublicensing or offering the original package as a competing template.
What if a download fails?
See the Digital Delivery Policy and contact support with the order email and product name. Genuine delivery or file defects are covered by the Refund Policy.
